Jiangsu Shined Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. was established in May 2006, with the registered capital 90 million Yuan, the existing staff over 400 including 224 professional and technical personnel, among whom 46 people have senior titles, the vast majority of critical technical staff have a college education background, and have a rich professional experience. The co***ny has advanced OCTG processing line, automatic heat treatment line, pipe end upsetting lines, spiral drill collars production line, screw drill motors production line and newly built production line for heat insulated tubing and casing. In addition the co***ny also set a quality testing workshop to ensure the quality of the material. Our co***ny also passed the China National Accreditation Board for conformity assessment certification(CNAS), and successfully obtained the title of national laboratory for the ability of completing chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, elevating i***ct test, hardness test, low temperature test. Through timely improvement and continuous efforts, our co***ny has achieved United States Petroleum Institute API SPEC 5CT (casing), API5DP (drill), API7-1 (rotating drill pipe components), three for product quality certification, Russia GOST certification, China ISO9001:2008 quality system certification and ISO14001:2004 environment management system certification and from 2009-2010 a total of 20 patents of utility model patent certificate were achieved.
